Refund Policy
At TravelVisaAustralia.com, our goal is to make your visa application as simple, transparent, and stress-free as possible. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund of our service fees. Please read it carefully before applying.
1. General Principles
- By using our services, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and this Refund Policy.
- Government fees and third-party payment charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as these are paid directly to the Department of Home Affairs or financial institutions.
- Refunds only apply to our service fees in specific, limited situations outlined below.
2. When Refunds Are Available
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You submit a written cancellation request via your Client Area before we begin preparing your application for lodgement.
- “Preparation” begins the moment one of our migration consultants starts entering or reviewing your details in the Department of Home Affairs system.
- Once preparation has started, all fees are strictly non-refundable.
- If you qualify, the refundable amount will be limited to our service fee only, minus an administration charge of US$29 or 15% of the total payment (whichever is greater).
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Once we have begun preparing or lodging your application.
- If your application is refused, delayed, or cancelled by the Department of Home Affairs.
- If you provided incorrect, false, or incomplete information.
- If you change your mind after we have started working on your case.
- If your application is impacted by government changes to visa rules, eligibility, or processing times.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method only.
- If your payment card or account is no longer valid, you must work directly with your bank or provider to recover the funds.
- Processing times vary, but refunds are generally completed within 10–15 business days after approval.
5. Final Decisions
- All refund requests are reviewed individually.
- The decision to approve or deny a refund remains at the sole discretion of Travel Visa Australia.
- All decisions are final.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your Client Area at TravelVisaAustralia.com.
