What You’ll Do

As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing live chat, email, and phone support to international clients.
  • Answering questions about visa types, application status, and next steps.
  • Helping clients navigate their Client Area and online application forms.
  • Escalating complex cases to migration consultants when required.
  • Maintaining accurate case notes and following up with clients as needed.
  • Ensuring every interaction reflects our values of professionalism, clarity, and care.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills — clear, friendly, and professional.
  • Experience in customer support, call centres, or client services (preferred).
  • Ability to handle inquiries with patience and empathy.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, global, 24/7 environment.
  • Strong digital literacy — able to use CRM, chat tools, and ticketing systems.

A problem-solving mindset and desire to help clients succeed.
