Permanent Entry Visas: Permanent entry visa applications from the FSM, Palau and the Marshall Islands are lodged in Pohnpei and forwarded by the post for processing and decision in Suva.
Temporary Entry Visas: Temporary entry visa applications from Guam, the Northern Marianas, the FSM, Palau and Marshall Islands are lodged, processed and decided in Pohnpei.
Special Procedures: Permanent entry visa applicants should note that normal mail delivery between Pohnpei and Suva can take up to four weeks.

Pohnpei is responsible for citizenship matters in Guam and the Northern Marianas. (However, Los Angeles handles permanent visa matters for these two areas.)
