Permanent Entry Visas: Permanent entry visa applications from Austria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovak Republic and Slovenia are lodged, processed and decided in Vienna. Residents of the Republika Srpska region of Bosnia-Herzegovina may choose to apply in Belgrade. Refugee, Special Humanitarian, or Special Assistance Category applications from persons in the above countries and from former Yugoslavs resident in all countries of Western Europe (including Scandinavia) are lodged, processed and decided in Vienna.
Temporary Entry Visas:

Temporary entry visa applications from Austria, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Slovenia are lodged, processed and decided in Vienna. Temporary entry applications from Bosnia-Herzegovina may be lodged and processed in Vienna or Zagreb.

Citizens of Austria are eligible for streamlined processing of visitor visas through ETA.
